Queens Bay Resort is a 100-site vacation and resort property located in the middle of Balfour Golf Course in Balfour BC, near Nelson. The resort provides access to amenities such as golf, a marina on Kootenay Lake, beaches, proximity to Ainsworth Hot Springs and many more year-round activities ranging from mountain biking to cross country skiing.

There are 28 resort sites with an average price of $65,000 now available for purchase in Phase One. Occupancy is expected in August 2020.

Queens Bay Resort (QBR) uniquely allows owners to select and purchase resort sites and then choose either RV use or vacation home use. Our service connections will be designed for all seasons and connections can be adapted to either RVs or villas.

Lot are approximately 2700 sq. ft which is ample room for an RV or villa, deck, shed and parking.

The resort is being sold as a cooperative shared interest which allows owners to have exclusive use of their lot in perpetuity. The shares can be sold or transferred.

Owners will be allowed to rent their sites on a short-term basis which can help to offset the cost of ownership.
